Here’s to fuller hair, a lighter heart, and the quiet confidence to let the real you shine through.
1. Try it gently in real life.
***The Second Hair Test Drive is available for one topper per first-time Second Hair buyer
Wear it gently. See how it feels. Decide with confidence.
Enjoy wearing your topper for up to 7 days after delivery. Please handle, style, and wear it gently so it remains in excellent, gently handled condition.
Please avoid heavy product buildup, perfume, smoke, odors, cutting, coloring, chemical processing, damage, or excessive styling. If using heat tools, set the temperature to 330°F or below.
2. Contact us within 7 days of delivery if you would like to return for refund
If for some reason your topper hasn’t transformed your look and become something you can’t live without, contact us within 7 days of delivery to begin your return
Email contact@wearsecondhair.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout.
3. Send it back
After your return is approved, we’ll send simple return instructions by email.
**Your topper must be returned in excellent, gently handled condition, with original packaging and included items.
4. Refund Once your topper is received and inspected, we’ll process your refund minus a $50 Test Drive return fee. This helps cover shipping, handling, washing, restyling, repackaging, and preparing the topper for resale.

Standard Return-Unworn Pieces
1. Try it on gently at home
You may gently try on your topper at home while deciding, but it should not be worn out, used for the day, or altered in any way.
To qualify for a standard return, your topper must remain in new, unworn condition. Please do not cut, color, wash, chemically process, heat style, add product, remove tags, or expose it to perfume, smoke, odors, or damage.
Please keep all original packaging and included item
2. Contact us within 7 days if you would like to return and get a refund.
