Who is eligible?
The Second Hair Test Drive™ is available for first-time Second Hair buyers only. One topper is eligible per first-time buyer.

How long do I have to decide?
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery if you would like to start a Test Drive return. Email contact@wearsecondhair.com with your order number and the email address used at checkout.
 
How should I care for it during the Test Drive?
Please handle your topper gently and keep it free from smoke, perfume, heavy styling products, odors, damage, cutting, coloring, or chemical processing. You may lightly style it with heat tools at 330°F or below.
 
What condition does it need to be returned in?
Returned toppers must be in excellent, gently handled condition with tags, packaging, and included items. Toppers that are damaged, altered, heavily styled, scented, or not returned with the required items may not be eligible for a refund.
 
What is the return handling fee?
Returned Test Drive toppers are refunded minus a $50 return handling fee. This helps cover inspection, washing, styling, repackaging, and preparing the topper to be listed as resale instead of new.
 
Is this a free trial?
No. The Second Hair Test Drive™ is not a free trial. It is a return option designed to help first-time buyers make a confident decision while keeping each topper in beautiful condition.
